These wooden keychains are triple sanded with 3 coats of polyurethane to strengthen and protect the wood. This coating makes your keychains highly durable and waterproof. These keychains are for chin parents and lovers to share their love, they are NOT intended to be given to any chins. No chins were harmed in the making of these keychains 😉

Cherry is a hardwood with a fine, straight grain that ranges from reddish brown to blond.

Eucalyptus ranges from a lighter salmon pink to a darker brownish red. Eucalyptus has a medium texture and small to medium sized open pores. The grain tends to be straight and even.

Hickory is the hardest, heaviest and strongest American wood, found in the Eastern states. Colors range from a white, tinged with inconspicuous fine brown lines to a pale to reddish brown. Hickory is coarse-textured and the grain is fine, usually straight but can be wavy or irregular.

Koa is a highly, prized wood, endemic to Hawai'i. It ranges from a lighter salmon pink to a darker brownish red. Koa's color can be highly variable, but tends to be medium golden or reddish brown. Koa's grain is usually slightly interlocked, and sometimes wavy, with a uniform medium to coarse texture.

Mahogany ranges from a pale pinkish brown, to a darker reddish brown. Mahogany's grain can be straight, interlocked, irregular or wavy. Texture is medium and uniform, with moderate natural luster.

Maple ranges from nearly white, to an off-white cream color, sometimes with a reddish or golden hue. The heartwood tends to be a darker reddish brown. Maple's grain is generally straight, but may be wavy, it has a fine, even texture.

Ohia is another wood endemic to Hawai'i, Ohia ranges from a light to medium reddish brown to a darker, almost grayish in color. The grain is interlocked, with a medium uniform texture and moderate natural luster.

Padauk ranges from a pale pinkish orange to a deep brownish red. Padauk's grain is usually straight, but can sometimes be interlocked. With a coarse, open texture and good natural luster.
